  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Certain products, including opened supplements, health products, and personal care items, may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
